Access 1 User Portal

Using the remote control feature only involves a few simple steps. Please follow the steps below so that we may better assist you.

1. Go to support.panhandlenetworks.com.
2. Click on the representatives name to initiate the file download process.







3. When prompted to either save or run the file click on run.






The software should now start downloading to your computer.



4. Once the software download has completed click on run to install the software and initiate the connection to our remote control appliance.







5. You should now see the following dialog box once the connection has been estblished. If a support representative is not with you shortly please call us at 850-951-9667 or 877-825-8477.

Once the remote control session is over the remote control software is automatically uninstalled from your computer.
