We have recently installed a hardware based appliance in our office that allows us to control your PC over the Internet (only with your permission). Once the session is terminated the remote control software is automatically removed from your computer to restore the security of your PC.

We are also offering additional fee based technical support for non Internet related problems using this technology.

Simply click on the support representative's name and click on run to install the remote control software.
