Service interruption

Some time Sunday the processor fan for our firewall failed resulting in a toasted CPU. I have replaced the CPU and motherboard and brought the firewall back online. If you are still having issues please contact me at my office (850) 951-9667.

Sorry for the delay.

Remote Control Instructions

I have posted some brief instructions on the tutorials page explaining how to take advantage of the remote control feature that we are now offering to our customers. You can access this information by clicking on the tutorials link on the left hand side of this page.

Remote Control Support Now Available

We have recently installed a hardware based appliance in our office that allows us to control your PC over the Internet (only with your permission). Once the session is terminated the remote control software is automatically removed from your computer to restore the security of your PC.

We are also offering additional fee based technical support for non Internet related problems using this technology.

You can gain access to the remote control feature by visiting the following link:

Mail Server Migration is Complete

As of today Saturday February 23rd, 2008 the migration to the new mail server has been completed. If you have an email account that is not working (you are being prompted for your username and password over and over again) please contact us so that we may resolve the issue. Some of the additional email accounts were not documented in our system and therefore have not been set up on the new mail server.

Also, the new SPAM rules are in place and as of the time of this writing have caught over 3,000 messages the past 24 hours.

Mail Server Migration

The new mail server has been installed and configured. Over the course of the next few days I will be adding all of the mailboxes and will post back here once completed. Thank you for your patience.

Access 1 Server Migration

As of today all server functions except for email have been migrated to the new servers. The mail server migration is planned for next week during which time you might notice some oddities happening with receiving emails. This is normal and takes 24 hours or so for other name servers on the Internet to update their records. The new mail server will feature upgraded SPAM and antivirus features which should cut down on the amount of SPAM some of you are receiving.
