Questions and answers relating to Access 1 billing practices.

Yes. Monthly invoices will be generated and mailed out on the 18th day of each month. Your invoice will be due on the 1st of the following month and past due on the 5th.


Beginning January 1, 2008 Access 1 will be migrating to email invoicing. You will no longer receive a paper invoice after the December billing cycle.

All accounts that are past due on the fifth (5th) day of the month will be placed on hold. Those customers who wish to have their service re-established will be subject to a three ($3.00) dollar reconnection fee.
